employment

• Check the job posting for each area in the Recruitment Announcement and submit the document by email.
• Carefully review the documents before submission because the submitted documents are difficult to be revised.
• Employment will be cancelled if entries in the application form are found to have been falsified.

Document
screening

• Document screening is to evaluate basic ability of applicant based on the application form. When completing the application form, the details, such as major, GPA, language skill, self-introduction, etc., should be provided in earnest.

Interview

• Candidates shortlisted from document screening will be notified individually of the interview schedule by phone.
  The interviewers are comprised of officials, head of department, and working-level personnel. The interview will be conducted on the question & answer basis, but is subject to change, depending on the area of application.

Final
employment

• Employment will be notified by phone.
